Generate a webpage from a group of images?

Hey all!

My folks want to generate some CD's of family pictures. They want to be able
to browse the pictures with a web browser.

Their photos are arranged in folders. Each photo has a text description file
using the same name as the image, except the file has a TXT extension.

Is there a software package that would quickly take the folder, produce
thumbnails and a webpage with the thumbnails and descriptions, so you could
click the thumbnail and see the whole picture, preferably with
description???

Try Irfan View. Not sure if I spelled it right (I'm not on my computer
right now). I'ts been a few years since I used it, but I think Thumbsplus
will do it for ya too.
