I have a small part time home business and had to do my own web site because
of that. ( half a dozen pages )
I've gotten some compliments on it, people like it in general. But I'm using
Coffeecup HTML Editor to do this and my experience is VERY basic. I have no
idea yet about CSS for example, it's like greek to me.
So I could use a little help, but can't afford to pay much.
Here's the problem: I notice that when the pages are viewed on bigger
monitors, they're not centered, they're all over the place, with some stuff
on the left and some centered. I've been told that CSS can fix that. True?
One example I see, is the site at
http://www.firstworldwar.com/audio/itsalongwaytotipperary.htm
Nice and centered all the way down?
So my question is: Is there some good WYSIWYG software out there for this,
that would be affordable and I could use it without taking courses in how,
for example? ( don't have time or money for that ) Is that what DreamWeaver
does? ( but that costs a LOT, right? ) If I could find something I could use
that's WYSIWYG, doesn't cost much, AND can set me up with CSS, I'd love it.
Or should I just go hire a little experienced help with this, to fix my
humble site up?
